Ron MacLean

A Gemini Award winner and an Officer of the Order of Canada, MacLean is celebrated for his deep hockey knowledge, quick wit and ability to connect with fans nationwide.
Owen Nolan

Owen Nolan, a five-time NHL All-Star, was drafted first overall by the Quebec Nordiques in 1990 and went on to play more than 1,200 NHL games. Known for his powerful shot, physical play and leadership, Nolan scored over 400 goals and tallied more than 800 points in his career. He also represented Canada internationally, helping his country secure gold at the 1997 World Championship.

Mayor Patrick Brown’s Hockey Night in Brampton is welcoming two exciting additions to this year’s event. Celebrated broadcaster Ron MacLean and NHL legend Owen Nolan will join the lineup, as the city comes together to support the construction of Brampton’s second hospital.
Phil Oreskovic

Phil Oreskovic built a reputation as a dependable, physical presence throughout his professional hockey career, earning recognition for his leadership and commitment to team play. Drafted 82nd overall by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 2005, he appeared in 10 games with the Leafs during the 2008–09 season, recording one goal and two assists. He spent the majority of his career with the Toronto Marlies in the AHL and also played for the Toronto Roadrunners. Oreskovic developed his game with the Brampton Battalion of the OHL and remains actively involved in the sport through a youth hockey development program in Brampton delivered in partnership with local organizations.
Travis Barron

Travis Barron is a hard-working, versatile forward known for his physical play and leadership qualities. Selected 191st overall by the Colorado Avalanche in the 2016 NHL Draft, Barron currently plays under contract with the Utah Mammoth. He spent the 2023–24 season in the AHL with the Tucson Roadrunners, Utah’s affiliate, where he posted 10 goals and 20 points over 68 games. A former captain of the Ottawa 67’s, Barron has played more than 150 professional games and remains a valued contributor across multiple organizations for his two-way game and relentless effort.
Darren Raddysh

Currently a defenceman for the Tampa Bay Lightning, Darren made his NHL debut in 2021 and has since become a reliable two-way blueliner. In the 2023–24 season, he played 73 games, notching 25 points and earning top-four minutes in Tampa’s defensive rotation. Darren was undrafted but earned his place through strong showings in the AHL and OHL, where he won the Max Kaminsky Trophy as the OHL’s Defenceman of the Year in 2016–17.
Taylor Raddysh

Originally drafted in the second round in 2016, Raddysh brings scoring touch and size to the ice. In the 2024–25 season with the Washington Capitals, he tallied 7 goals and 27 points in 80 games, often making an impact with limited ice time. In July 2025, he signed a two-year contract with the New York Rangers, adding value to their depth at forward. He was also a member of Team Canada’s gold medal–winning 2018 World Junior team and won two Memorial Cup championships with the Erie Otters.

A graduate of Clarkson University, Fast has played a pivotal role in the growth of the women’s game through both her play and mentorship. At HNIB, she brings world-class experience, defensive expertise, and a commitment to developing young talent.
Blayre Turnbull

A two-time Olympic gold medalist and standout forward for Team Canada, Blayre Turnbull is known for her speed, tenacity, and leadership on and off the ice. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, she’s been a key contributor in international competition and a driving force in advancing women’s hockey in Canada. As a coach at HNIB, Turnbull brings elite experience, a team-first mentality, and a passion for inspiring the next generation of players.
