Raphael (Raffi) Torres is a Canadian former professional ice hockey left winger. With strong roots in Brampton, Torres played three seasons with the OHL’s Brampton Battalion where he was then drafted by the New York Islanders fifth overall in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft.
He played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the New York Islanders, Edmonton Oilers, Columbus Blue Jackets, Buffalo Sabres, Vancouver Canucks, Phoenix Coyotes and San Jose Sharks.
