A Stanley Cup champion, two-time Olympic gold medallist and one of the NHL’s premier leaders of his era, Ryan Getzlaf was drafted 19th overall by the Anaheim Ducks in 2003. He went on to play his entire 17-season NHL career with the franchise, serving as captain for 12 years. Getzlaf retired in 2022 as Anaheim’s all-time leader in points (1,019) and assists (737). He also represented Canada on the international stage, winning gold at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics.
