Originally drafted in the second round in 2016, Raddysh brings scoring touch and size to the ice. In the 2024–25 season with the Washington Capitals, he tallied 7 goals and 27 points in 80 games, often making an impact with limited ice time. In July 2025, he signed a two-year contract with the New York Rangers, adding value to their depth at forward. He was also a member of Team Canada’s gold medal–winning 2018 World Junior team and won two Memorial Cup championships with the Erie Otters.
