The 2026 Edition of Hockey Night in Brampton featuring an all-star lineup of NHL players and hockey legends is returning again this year on Wednesday, August 19, 2026.

Last year delivered a sold-out, high-energy showdown raising $6.7M and a historic $50M pledge to build Brampton’s second hospital​. Team Matthews, led by Toronto Maple Leafs captain Auston Matthews and coached by Darryl Sittler, faced Team Tanev, captained by Maple Leafs defenceman Chris Tanev and coached by Wendel Clark. The all-star lineup featured Gary Roberts, Ryan Getzlaf, Curtis Joseph, Mark Giordano, Owen Nolan, Jeremy Roenick, Owen Power, Blayre Turnbull and Renata Fast. In a dramatic 10–9 finish, Team Tanev claimed victory, closing out an electric night driven by passion, pride and community spirit.
